Refunds and Returns Policy is the agreement whereby you inform customers of your policies regarding returns and refunds.
You will be refunded, or your order will be resent to you if your order is lost. But for this you must contact us within eight weeks from the date of shipment. If you notify us after eight weeks, we will not refund or reship your order.

• If you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address, we will charge you for the replacement request.
• If the original order you placed with us is returned, we will contact you with refund details.
• It may take a few months for your refund as the Return Postage Fee has not been paid.
